Please send NOW Deposit NOW via one of the online payment methods.- And, the rest of tour [rice must be paid with cash payment in IDR currency on the 1st day of the trip (on pick you up services and We'll inform you detail)

But, for houseboat cruise tour package in both Borneo and Komodo,- the rest must be settled a month before your tour date, due to the houseboat cruise tour on the both areas are in high demand with the limited houseboat availability (* If you book it and got our confirmation within a month to your travel date, Kindly do full payment online soon)
Cancellation and refund procedure: If you send the cancellation for a tour package services (* except houseboat cruise tour in Borneo and Komodo) as detail below:

If you send a cancellation on the date of sending invoice to 16 days before trip date, get re-fund which reduces by the costs of the items paid

If you send a cacellation on 15 days to trip date and so on , - you will NOT get any refund

Due to the houseboat cruise tour on both areas of Komodo and Borneo are in high demand with the limited houseboat availability, Kindly notes ! that, no refund for the payment you have done - if there is cancellation
Permit and Entrance Tickets: For the tour package which includes with permit/ entrance ticket fees, you are required to send your copy of Passport or Kitas and flight tickets (if you have it) to obtain the police and the national park permits
Lightweight Equipment: For our client’s who want to do expedition of tour package with us, we suggest to bring lightweight equipment just what you need in order you fell more comfortable
Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommends The Client to obtain their own travel insurance such that in the event of any possible risk, it will provide sufficient cover for the client and if applicable, any dependents that he/she is traveling with.

It is The Client’s responsibility to ensure that the insurance coverage includes, but is not limited to, medical and health cover for an injury or sudden illness, 24 hour emergency service and assistance (including repatriation if you are too ill to continue with the tour), cancellation and curtailment, lost and stolen possessions cover, personal liability cover as well as cover for all the activities The Client will be participating in.

The Client must fully understand that some insurance policies will exclude certain adventure activities and will have to borne any risk that may arise as a result. All claims must be directed towards The Client’s insurers. The Client should consult his/her insurance consultant for a suitable travel insurance policy.

Health requirements:

No allowed for pregnant, child under 5 YO, the people over 65 YO and with ashtma or heart problem to do Ijen crater hiking tours

No specification skill needed to join in our trip, but the client must be on the good condition and healthy. To protect your skin from the sun and mosquito, please bring suntan lotion and repellent.

Terms and conditions of blue fire tours in Ijen crater: If the weather is NOT good or you are tired or not allowed to do night climbing by local government or Ijen crater officer,- you can do the standard Ijen crater tours without seeing blue fire which starts from your accommodation after at 2 am,- so on.

New regulation for Ijen crater hiking tours: There is new regulation for the visitor who wanna hike the Ijen crater. He/ She mush bring the health letter which explains the visitor is without ashtma and heart problem.- And the other hand, the Ijen carter tours is NOT suitable for children under 6 yo and adult above 65 yo
