Itinerary of tour package

Day 01: Pangkalan Bun – houseboat river safari tour in Tanjung Puting National Park (L, D)

• Today, our staff will fetch you either at hotel, airport, ferry port or other places in area of Pangkalan Bun – Central Kalimantan/ Borneo. And then take you to port of Kumai’s river by a car for 20 minutes.

• Afterward, you will board on the traditional boat to proceed for your trip to reach Tanjung Puting National Park area for 2 hours exploring the river. This boat is river boat with an engine and it is made from iron wood and a specialist for tourism industry. The boat is made with 12m (length) and 2,5m (width) with a roof on upper deck where you will view the natural environment of the rainforest. 

• The local people call it by KLOTOK. We will explore the river by Klotok with slowly to observe wild animals and the natural environment along the river side. There are Proboscis monkeys, Macaques, many species of birds and other wild animals will greet you in the middle of Borneo rain forest.

• The boat’s facilities are a simple cabin with mattress, pillow, blanket, meals, mineral water, mosquito net, kitchen and toilet. You can choose to take meals and stay overnight on Boat to get a cheapest price for your trip or at lodge for more comfortable accommodation

Day 02: Borneo Orangutan tour in Pondok Tanggui, and Camp Leakey feeding station (B, L, D)

• After having breakfast, boating up to Camp Leakey the high light place for Orangutan where you will do trekking into the jungle. Back to the boat for lunch and observing the feeding time around 14.00. Enjoy the situation and photo hunting. Back to the boat and boating down to Crocodile Nest lake observing. Stay overnight and having dinner on Houseboat or at Eco Lodge

Day 03: Leave Tanjung Puting to Pangkalan Bun airport and fly to Surabaya - then drive to Bromo tour stay (B)

• After breakfast, we will transfer you to reach to the river port in Kumai by Klotok and it will need for about 2 hours, and then we will drive for 30 minutes to Pangkalan Bun airport to catch your flight leaving for Surabaya airport in East Java

• Upon your arrival at Surabaya airport, our Java team will pick you up and then we drive slowly for about 3 - 5 hours to reach your Hotel in Mount Bromo area. Today, you will overnight stay in one of hotels in Bromo area as suggested on our website, before you enjoy next trip for sunrise tour with the Bromo hike activity in the next morning

Day 04: Sunrise Bromo tour, and drive to accommodation in Ijen crater of Banyuwangi area (B)     

• 03.00-04.30: Take a jeep's vehicle to enjoy sunrise tours and reach the place for seeing the sunrise in Bromo area where you can choose one of the famous places to view the sunrise in Bromo area such as at; Mount Pananjakan or Gunung Penanjakan, Kingkong hill or Bukit Kingkong and  Love hill of Bromo or Bukit Cinta Bromo

• 04.30-06.00: Take a while your time for a cup of coffee or tea, then seeing the sunrise at a place as like your choice. Afterward, continue driving with jeep for next destination on the slope of Mount Bromo which is as the jeep parking lot which surrounded by wide seas sand

• 06.00-08.00: Crossing the seas sand on foot or by horse riding (it is as optional for you with distance 10 minutes walking / one way) to reach the bottom area of Bromo where there are more than 250 stairs which will direct you to reach peak of Mount Bromo.

• Resting for awhile and take the pictures on the top of Mount Bromo with amazing view of the Bromo crater which on the bottom area is spread out the seas of sand or famous with whispering sand and it is bordered with other mountains as natural backgrounds

• 08.00-10.00: Going back to your hotel or accommodation in Bromo area by passing the same route as you have done for reaching the top of Mount Bromo. Arrived in your hotel, please enjoy your breakfast; take a shower and preparation for leaving Mount Bromo to reach your accommodation or hotel in Ijen crater area  

• 10.00-17.00: Leaving Mount Bromo area to drive for about 5-7 hours to reach your accommodation or hotel in Ijen crater area and it is depend on situation of the traffic.

Day 05: Blue fire tours Ijen crater,- and then continue to escort to your Bali hotel (B) 

• 00.30-02.00: Leaving from your accommodation in Ijen crater – Banyuwangi area to reach the base camp of Paltuding for about 1 hour drive. The base camp of Paltuding is as the parking area in Ijen crater which is well known as post 1 of Paltuding or this is as the starting point for the hiking activities in Ijen crater and then you will do the climbing actitivities in Mount Ijen as follow below:

• 02.00-06.00: The preparation and then climbing activities to reach top of Ijen crater. Upon arrival on the peak of Ijen crater, doing observation of the Milky Way + the seeing process of blue fire

• And, if it is allowed by Ijen crater officer, we will descend to reach the edge of lake to see blue fire with better and clearer view, then afterward viewing of sunrise on the peak of Mount Ijen and take a rest with an amazing view the green lake of sulfur as natural backgrounds which can forget how tired for the climbing process in Ijen crater

• 06.00-10.00: Go down by passing the same route till reach the parking lot, and leave the Ijen crater area for go back to your hotel or accommodation for breakfast, take shower and packing your luggage before you leave the accommodation around

• 11.00/ 12.00: Around at 11.00 am or at least at 12.00 pm, we’ll continue our trip directly to reach to Ketapang ferry port which is located in the most eastern tip of Java Island. We’ll cross Bali strait by ferry for about 1 – 1.5 hours to reach to Gilimanuk ferry port in the most western tip of Bali Island.

• Upon  arrival in Gilimanuk ferry port, we will drive to your hotel in Bali as the last destination of your trip, such as: Pemuteran, Lovina, Ubud, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Legian, Kerobokan or Canggu area for about 3 - 4 hours.- And then, our tour package services finished.  

>>> Notes and read carefully: If the weather is NOT good or you are tired or not allowed by Ijen crater officer to do night hiking in Ijen crater on the 5th day of your trip, you can do the regular trip for Ijen crater tours without seeing blue fire which will be started from your accommodation around after 2 am - so on
